What delivery options do you offer and how long does the delivery take?

We offer fast and reliable delivery via PostNord and DHL. Delivery time within Sweden is usually 1-3 working days.

  • Shipping cost: 49 kr for orders under 599 kr.
  • Free shipping: For purchases over 599 kr.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow the package's journey.

What if my product is damaged on delivery?

If your package is damaged during transportation:

  1. If possible, report the damage to the carrier upon collection.
  2. Kontakta oss inom 24 timmar på [email protected] och bifoga bilder på både skadan och förpackningen.

We will help you with the claim and send you a replacement product or refund the amount, depending on the situation.

How do I return a product if I regret my purchase?

You have 14 days to cancel your purchase from the day you receive the goods. Follow these steps:

  1. Kontakta oss på [email protected] och ange ordernummer samt vilka produkter du vill returnera.
  2. Return the product in its original packaging and unused condition.
  3. A return fee of 99 SEK will be deducted from the refund.

Please note that special orders and opened hygiene products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

What do I do if I don't pick up my package on time?

Packages not collected within 14 days will be returned to us. A handling fee of 300 SEK will be added to cover the costs of return shipping, administration and warehouse management.

To avoid the fee, we recommend that you always collect the package and follow the return process if you regret your purchase.
